When are regular classes?
The supplied time is Sunday, 6 AM–9 AM, subject to confirmation. Call to check the next session and any fifth-Sunday arrangements.
Will I learn weapons straight away?
The first session may introduce the disciplines, but advanced weapons and gymnastics depend on age, skill and readiness. Equipment practice requires appropriate supervision.
